I offer a holistic approach that supports your body, mind, and energy. Through reflexology, I work with the feet to encourage the body's natural ability to rebalance itself. Integrated bodywork using massage, stretching and hot stones, addresses muscles, fascia, and posture to release tension and restore alignment. Energy work and Reiki help calm the nervous system and support emotional balance. Each modality can be experienced alone or combined, giving you a flexible path to deeper relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.

My integrated bodywork combines a variety of massage techniques, gentle stretching, and hot stone therapy to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance to the body. Each session is tailored to your needs, promoting relaxation, alignment, and overall wellbeing.

This is a 90 minute treatment that offers a full reset for the body and mind. Combing targeted reflexology with Reiki to support hormonal balance, emotional grounding and deep rest.
