Here in Chalabre, I am able to offer you different treatments according to your needs. Reflexology and reiki are also perfect energy healing modalities that encourage your body to initiate it's own healing.

Relaxation Massage

A relaxing massage is ideal for relieving tension and offering a moment of total relaxation allowing your body and mind to start a healing process.

I use essential oil infused wax but for an additional fee of 5€ I can make an individual blend of oils just for you to enhance your massage.

Reflexology & Reiki 

Reflexology and reiki treatments rebalance the body's energies to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Reflexology is based on the premise that all of the body's structures and organs are replicated on the foot and by stimulating or relaxing these reflex points, relief can be felt for a number of conditions ranging from insomnia, headaches, high blood pressure etc. I am also trained in fertility, pregnancy and oncology reflexology.

Reiki 

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energetic healing technique which allows the practitioner to be a conduit for universal energy to flow through and go to whereever is needed in the body or mind.
